Citrus Herb Grilled Salmon

Today's recipe brings together the tangy flavor of citrus with aromatic herbs for a delightful grilled salmon that is both healthy and bursting with flavor. Perfect for any time of the year, this dish is simple yet elegant.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
