Spicy Thai Basil Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Thai chilies, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions:
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and Thai chilies, stirring until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Increase the heat to high and add the sliced chicken thighs. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
