This Zaatar Roasted Cauliflower offers an aromatic twist on a classic vegetable dish. The Middle Eastern blend of herbs and spices known as zaatar pairs perfectly with creamy tahini, creating a unique and delectable experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons zaatar spice blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
