Thai Basil Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced red chilies, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes.
- Toss in the sliced red bell pepper and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat well.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the fresh Thai basil leaves until just wilted.
- Serve the stir-fry hot over cooked jasmine rice.
