Ingredients

• 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 red chilies, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 tablespoon fish sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
• Cooked jasmine rice, for serving

Instructions

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sliced red chilies, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Toss in the sliced red bell pepper and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar.
6. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat well.
7. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the fresh Thai basil leaves until just wilted.
8. Serve the stir-fry hot over cooked jasmine rice.
