- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
