Ingredients

• 1 ripe mango, diced
• 1 ripe avocado, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño.
2. Add the lime juice and chopped cilantro to the mixture.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Gently toss all ingredients together, being careful not to mash the avocado.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
6. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
