Crispy Honey Sriracha Tofu

Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until all sides are golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the tofu is cooking, in a small bowl mix together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Once the tofu is crispy, pour the honey sriracha sauce over the tofu in the skillet. Toss to coat the tofu evenly and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
