Ingredients

• 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
• 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional: 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango and avocado carefully to avoid mashing.

2. Add the chopped red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño to the bowl and gently mix.

3. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture and stir to combine the flavors.
