  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • Fresh arugula leaves

  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil. Evenly distribute the caramelized pears on top.
  5. Sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese and walnuts over the pears.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven. Top with fresh arugula leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze, if using. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
