Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 bird's eye chilies, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
  • Lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilies, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
