Very gray in color. Very firm for blue cheese. Good taste. Like blue cheese. Which it is so it makes sense.
Not a lot of flavor in this cheese. It's something akin to a cream cheese.
Very creamy. The sharpness of the blue cheese is toned down. A little too much for me. Very enjoyable nonetheless.
