Daily List Privacy Policy

Daily List is developed by Cygnus X Enterprises LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how the Daily List Android application handles information.

Information stored on your device

Daily List stores your task lists, task completion status, saved-list names, appearance settings, and app preferences locally on your device.

Cygnus X does not operate a server that receives or stores your task lists. Your list contents are not sent to Cygnus X, Google AdMob, or other advertising services.

Android's backup and device-transfer features may copy the app's locally stored information to your Android backup provider or another device. These backups are controlled by Android and your device or Google Account settings.

Advertising

The free version of Daily List displays advertising provided by Google AdMob.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share information including:

• Your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location
• App interactions, including app launches, taps, and advertisement views
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Advertising identifiers, app-set identifiers, and related device identifiers

Google may use this information to provide advertising, measure performance, analyze usage, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Depending on your location and consent selections, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. Daily List uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and record privacy choices where required.

Purchases

Daily List may offer a one-time purchase that removes advertisements. Purchases are processed by Google Play.

Cygnus X does not receive your full payment-card or banking information. Google Play may provide the application with purchase status and related transaction identifiers so the app can confirm and restore your purchase.

Permissions

Daily List uses internet and network-state access to load advertisements and privacy messages.

The app does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, phone calls, photos, files, or precise location.

Daily List does not record or transmit voice or audio. The app only plays locally included sound effects.

Accounts and personal information

Daily List does not require an account or login.

Cygnus X does not ask you to provide your name, mailing address, phone number, or other account information through the app. Information that you voluntarily type into a task or list remains locally stored, subject to the Android backup and device-transfer behavior described above.

Data retention and deletion

Your lists and settings remain on your device until you delete them, clear Daily List's app storage, or uninstall the application.

You can delete individual tasks and saved lists from within the app. You can erase all locally stored Daily List information through Android's app-storage settings or by uninstalling the app.

Because Daily List does not create user accounts or store your lists on a Cygnus X server, there is no separate online account or server copy for Cygnus X to delete.

Google may retain advertising and consent-related information according to Google's own policies.

Children

Daily List is a general-purpose productivity application and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.

Security

Daily List stores list information in the application's private local storage. Information transmitted by Google's advertising and consent services is encrypted in transit according to Google's documentation.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Daily List's features, advertising systems, purchases, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision.
