These Terms apply to the Android and iOS versions of Daily Meal Tracker (bundle/package ID com.cygnusx.dailymealplanner) provided by Cygnus X Enterprises LLC. The app download is free.
Informational health estimates only
Daily Meal Tracker provides estimated nutrition and calorie information for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Food recognition, nutrition values, calorie targets, and Health Connect- or HealthKit-based calculations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consult a qualified health professional for medical, dietary, or treatment decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Android: Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription of USD 3 per month. Billing is handled by Google Play, not Cygnus X. Google Play determines eligibility and displays the actual price, taxes, billing date, and other checkout terms; those checkout terms control. Unless you cancel, Google Play charges the subscription after the trial and at each renewal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Manage or cancel an Android subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period; access remains available through that period. Google Play’s terms and refund processes apply to purchases.
iOS: Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial followed by an auto-renewing Apple subscription of US $2.99 per month. Apple displays regional prices and determines eligibility, taxes, billing date, and other checkout terms; those checkout terms control. Unless you cancel, Apple charges the subscription after the trial and at each renewal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Manage or cancel an iOS subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Daily Meal Tracker. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period; access remains available through that period. Apple’s terms and refund processes apply to purchases.
Acceptable use and availability
You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass its security controls, or use the food-analysis service in a way that is unlawful or abusive. Features and availability may change, and we may suspend access needed to protect the service or comply with law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
