Email support@cygnusx.com. Please include whether you use Android or iPhone, your OS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not email meal photos or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for support.
Basic troubleshooting
- Food analysis is unavailable: Check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app. If it continues, install the latest version from Google Play or the App Store and try again.
- Camera, photos, microphone, Health Connect, or HealthKit is not working: Confirm the optional permission is allowed in Android Settings or iPhone Settings. You can continue using the app without these optional features.
- Calorie target looks wrong: Review your selected nutrition settings and any optional Health Connect or HealthKit height or weight import. This information is used locally for the target calculation.
- App is not responding: Restart the app and your device. On Android, you can clear the app’s cache from Android Settings. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data.
Trial and subscription support
The app download is free. On Android, eligible users receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription is USD 3 per month and renews automatically through Google Play unless canceled. Google Play determines trial eligibility and presents the actual price, taxes, billing date, and other checkout terms; those checkout terms control.
Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Google Play handles billing, receipts, refunds, and subscription status. Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period.
On iPhone, eligible users receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial, the auto-renewing Apple subscription is US $2.99 per month unless canceled. Apple shows regional prices and determines trial eligibility, taxes, billing date, and other checkout terms; those checkout terms control.
Manage or cancel your Apple subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Daily Meal Tracker.
