Beecher's Black Garlic Noir

My review

This is a good cheese. The garlic flavor is not subtle, so make sure you really like garlic, which I do. The cheddar also comes through really nicely. It's a good, powerful cheddar to go along with it. I would definitely get this again. It would be great for a charcuterie board.
