My review

Let's just start off by saying I'm not the biggest fan of unfiltered sake.

Having said that, this is pretty good, it's got some body. The bottle got shaken up a bit. So the sediment is pretty thoroughly mixed into the rest of the bottle.

Some of these unfiltered sakes are a little bit too sweet for my taste, but this one's actually pretty good. I have to say this is one of the better ones I've ever had. I would drink this again.
