My review

Pretty much taste like your average blue cheese. Maybe a little bit smoother a little bit milder with not quite as much as that sharp flavor that you get from a lot of blue cheese, but it definitely has a cake to it. Pretty enjoyable. Overall, I would say it's worth a try.
