Mollusk Into The Woods

My review

This beer is fermented with wood. I was thinking that might give it a similar taste to a barrel aged beer. It actually reminds me of a German white wine on the dry side.

It's 8% alcohol by volume from Seattle Washington.

The fruitiness and the wood tastes merged together for a very interesting flavor. It has a very clean taste to it. Very much disguising the alcohol content in it. It's kind of like an IPA but without as much happiness and much more subtle flavor.

I would definitely suggest giving this beer a try. No matter what kind of beer you're fond of, this beer probably has something about it you will like.
