Kook Soon Dang Makkoli

My review

I'm not sure this is technically a sake but it is a Korean rice wine.

There seems to be a bit of carbonation. I wasn't expecting that it adds quite a new dimension to the drink. It appears to be unfiltered although not overly sweet like some of the unfiltered sakes are.

The carbonation gives it almost a citrus taste reminds me a bit of grapefruit but without the bitterness. It's very interesting experience, if you like sake I would recommend trying this.
