Gluten Drama 9000 Quadruple Ale

This is 10.7% alcohol.

Belgian ales all have a particular kind of taste that I don't like. This one has it as well however it's not is bad as many others are. I would say overall I enjoy the taste.

It has that quality that most high percentage alcohol beers have which I often enjoy but find it hard to describe. Like it's halfway between a wine and a beer.

There's a slight sweetness and a slight bitterness simultaneously. I would say that overall this is not one of the the best tasting beers I have had but it is one of the very best Belgian ales I have had.

If you are generally a big fan of Belgian ales I'm not sure if you would like this or not. Perhaps this is the best version of Belgian ale and why I like it and why someone else might love it or perhaps the quality that most people look for in Belgian ales is absent here and you would be disappointed.
