Ginger Cashew Chicken

1. Start 80 grams of rice
2. Steam Brocolli 15 minutes
3. Heat oil in pan
4. Cut 1 chicken breast into bite-sized pieces
5. Cook chicken for 7 minutes
6. Cut garlic and ginger
7. Cut green onions
8. Season chicken with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper
9. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1/2 tbsp freshly grated ginger, cook for 30 seconds
10. Add soy suace and sweet vinegar
11. Add 1/4 cup cashews and stir everything together
12. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly
13. Serve over cooked rice
