Ingredients
- short ribs
- carrots
- onion
- thyme
- rosemary
- red wine
- grits
- turnip
- cream
Instructions
1. Sear ribs
2. Add ribs to pot with wine, bay leaf, start boiling
3. dice carrots, onion, turnip
4. Add to pot and bring heat to 2 or 3
5. cook for 3-4 hours
6. Make 60g grits, plate
