Mushroom Risotto

Instructions

1. Add olive oil to pan, set to 4
2. chop onion fine and add to pan, cook until golden
3. add 300g rice
4. cook for 5 minutes
5. Set pot to 4 and add olive oil and mushrooms and parsley
6. add white wine to rice
7. When wine cooks out add just enough broth to cover rice
8. Cook about 20 minutes
9. take off burner and add butter and parmesan
