Baked Fish with Cream Sauce

1. Start 50g rice
2. pre-heat oven to 390
3. cut garlic, shallots
4. put fish in pie pan, add shallots on top with salt and pepper
5. add garlic, 1 tablespoon butter, lemon, dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon cream to glass bowl
6. microwave for 30 seconds
7. mix
8. microwave for 30 seconds
9. mix and pour over fish
10. cook for 12 minutes
