Instructions

1. Add 3 g active dry yeast
2. Add 355 g warm water (100-110°F)
3. Let stand for 10 minutes
4. Add 480 g bread flour
5. Add 12 g salt
6. Mix with dough hook for 5-8 minutes
7. Form the dough into a ball
8. Place in a lightly oiled bowl
9. Cover with plastic wrap
10. Let rise at room temperature for 3-4 hours
11. Shape into pizza crust
12. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings
13. Bake at 500-550°F until crisp and browned, about 8-15 minutes
