Ingredients

- grits
- bacon
- milk/cream
Instructions
1. Put 30 g of grits into pot
2. Fill water just over grits
3. Turn burner to 9, put pot on
4. turn other burner to 6, add 1 tbsp butter
5. When water boils, turn to 3 and stir constantly
6. After a few minutes turn burner off and add 2 tbsp cream
7. Add eggs
8. Shred 25 g of pecarino
