Roasted rosemary chicken thigh

Instructions

1. Marinate chicken thighs in olive oil
2. Add lemon juice to the marinade
3. Add minced garlic to the marinade
4. Add chopped rosemary to the marinade
5. Season with salt and pepper
6. Coat chicken thighs thoroughly in the marinade
7. Let chicken marinate
8. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
9. Halve baby potatoes
10. Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper
11. Place chicken thighs and potatoes on a baking sheet
12. Roast for 35–40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender
