Miso Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- white miso paste
- dijon mustard
- rice vinegar
- walnut oil
- honey
Instructions
1. Add 1 tbsp white miso paste to a bowl
2. Add 1 tsp dijon mustard
3. Add 1 tbsp rice vinegar
4. Add 2 tbsp walnut oil
5. Add 1 tsp honey
6. Whisk until smooth and emulsified
7. Taste and adjust with a splash of water if too thick
8. Serve over arugula or salad
