Miso Roasted Potatoes

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Cut 1 lb potatoes into bite-sized pieces
3. Add potatoes to mixing bowl
4. Add 1 tbsp olive oil
5. Add 1 tsp white miso paste
6. Add 1 minced garlic clove
7. Toss until evenly coated
8. Spread potatoes on baking sheet
9. Roast at 425°F for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy
10. Flip halfway through cooking
11. Serve hot
