Miso Honey Chicken

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Mix 2 tbsp white miso paste with 1 tbsp honey
3. Add 1 tbsp dijon mustard to the mixture
4. Add 1 tsp fish sauce
5. Add 1 tbsp olive oil
6. Whisk until smooth
7. Pat dry 2 chicken breasts
8. Rub miso mixture evenly over the chicken breasts
9. Place chicken on baking sheet
10. Bake at 400°F for 18-22 minutes until cooked through
11. Rest chicken for 5 minutes before serving
