Miso Ginger Salad Dressing

Instructions

1. Measure 2 tbsp white miso
2. Grate 1 tbsp fresh ginger
3. Measure 1 tbsp rice vinegar
4. Measure 1 tbsp soy sauce
5. Measure 1 tbsp honey
6. Measure 1 tsp sesame oil
7. Measure 3 tbsp neutral oil
8. Measure 1–2 tbsp water
9. Optional: Measure 1 tsp lime juice
10. Add miso to bowl
11. Add grated ginger
12. Add rice vinegar
13. Add soy sauce
14. Add honey
15. Add sesame oil
16. Add neutral oil
17. Whisk until smooth
18. Slowly add 1–2 tbsp water until pourable
19. Optional: whisk in lime juice
20. Taste and adjust if needed
