Banana Pancakes

Instructions

1. Peel 1 ripe banana
2. Mash 1 ripe banana until smooth
3. Crack 1 large egg into the mashed banana
4. Whisk banana and egg together until combined
5. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
6. Add 1 pinch salt
7. Add 2–3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
8. Mix batter until just combined
9. Heat skillet over medium heat
10. Add 1 tablespoon butter to skillet
11. Spoon batter into pan to form small pancakes
12. Cook until bubbles form on surface
13. Flip pancakes
14. Cook second side for 30–60 seconds
15. Remove pancakes from pan
16. Serve with optional toppings
