Korean beef and Rice bowl

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced onions until softened.
2. Add the shaved beef and cook until browned.
3. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until the beef is coated and glossy.
4. Simmer for a minute to let the sauce thicken slightly.
5. Prepare bowls with warm cooked rice.
6. Spoon the beef mixture over the rice.
7. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, kimchi, and a small amount of gochujang.
8. Optionally fry an egg and place it on top.
9. Serve immediately.
