Chimichurri Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- chimichurri sauce
- large red potato
- asiago cheese
- green vegitable
Instructions
1. Cut potato and put in water for 15 minutes
2. heat up olive oil in cast iron skillet
3. Cook potatoes on each side for 7 minutes, add asiago cheese at the end
4. cook shrimp in olive oil and butter and put chimmichurri sauce over everything
