Ingredients
- plain whole-milk yogurt
- lemon juice
- garlic
- ginger
- garam masala
Instructions
1. 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
2. 2 tbsp lemon juice
3. 2 tbsp oil (avocado or vegetable)
4. 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
5. 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
6. 1½ tsp salt
7. 1 tsp garam masala
