Ingredients
- eggs
- basturma (cured beef)
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
1. Slice basturma thinly
2. Fry basturma lightly in butter
3. Crack eggs directly into the pan
4. Cook eggs to desired doneness with basturma
5. Season with salt and pepper
6. Serve hot with bread
