Tortilla Española
Ingredients
- eggs
- potatoes
- onions
- olive oil
- salt
Instructions
1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and onions
2. Fry potatoes and onions gently in olive oil until soft
3. Drain excess oil
4. Beat eggs in a bowl
5. Mix in cooked potatoes and onions
6. Pour the mixture into a pan and cook slowly
7. Flip or finish under a broiler until set
8. Serve warm or at room temperature
