Tamago Kake Gohan
Ingredients
- white rice
- eggs
- furikake
- green onions
- sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Cook 80g white rice and keep it hot and fluffy
2. Chop 1 green onion
3. Make a small well in the center of the hot rice
4. Pour the raw egg onto the rice
5. Drizzle soy sauce over the egg and rice
6. Mix everything together quickly so the rice slightly cooks the egg
7. Top with optional toppings like furikake, green onions, sesame seeds, or nori
8. Eat immediately while warm
