Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, mayo, green onion, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the mixture.
5. (Optional) Sprinkle with extra breadcrumbs for a crunchy top.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes, until tops are golden and mushrooms are tender.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
