1. Add four or five cloves of garlic to the blender
2. Rinse parsley, chop and put in blender
3. Add salt and pepper to blender
4. Put blender on scale
5. Add 100 g of olive oil
6. At 87 g of red wine vinegar
7. Blend, pour in container
8. Rinse out blender immediately
