Scallops with Cajun Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- scallops
- cream
- cajun spice
- white wine
Instructions
1. Wash and dry scallops
2. Coat in cajun seasoning
3. prehead pan in olive oil to 350 degrees (about 7 minutes @5)
4. Add scalops, flip
5. Add wine, then cream, salt and pepper for cream sauce
