Hard Boiled Egg

1. Add Eggs and Water: Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water by an inch.

2. Boil: Bring to a full boil over high heat.

3. Cover and Rest: Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.

4. Ice Bath: Transfer eggs to ice water for 10 minutes.

5. Peel: Tap and roll eggs to crack, peel under running water.
