Instructions

1. Heat oil in pan
2. Brown the chorizo on both sides for 2-3 minutes per side
3. Remove Chorizo and add onions/garlic
4. Add seasonings
5. Add chicken Thighs, add chorizo
6. stir in rice
7. Add chicken stock
8. Bring liquid to boil and cook for 18 minutes
9. add seafood and cook for 5 more minutes
10. Let rest for 10 minutes
