Fish Piccata
Ingredients
- flour
- white fish
- parsley
- lemon
- white wine
- capers
Instructions
1. Add flour, garlic powder, pepper, paprika to fish and fry in olive oil in skillet for 2 minutes each side
2. butter, lemon juice, white wine, capers to pan, cook medium for a short time
3. add fish to pan, turn off heat,
4. Chop and add parlsey to top of fish
