Cigar Review for Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial Toro Gordo (6x60)
My Review
Very good construction. Great draw, pretty good smoke production.
11 minutes in about a half inch of Ash on the cigar right now. Starting to get some interesting flavors for the first time.
Very dark, feels fermented flavors. Hard to identify anything specific at this point.
Having to do 2 and 3 puffs for a good draw. Not a huge deal, but noteworthy.
17 minutes in the flavors are even stronger now. Very good. I guess I could classify them as cocoa and burnt caramel?
About a third into the cigar, the flavors are mellowing a little bit. Dried fruit flavors are coming in now.
57 minutes in. I'm about halfway done. Flavors are becoming more complex and sophisticated as we get to this point. Coffee is becoming a little bit more prominent, real serious fermentation flavors.
