Cigar Review for Sinistro - Mr White

⭐ Rating: 7 | 📅 Added: January 2, 2026

My Review

Decent Draw, Ok smoke production. Starting off with some sweet notes.

The sweetness quickly subsides and a lot of earthy notes are coming out now. Nice and smooth.

About 1/3 through, the sweetness is back. Flavors are changing a lot as we get through this.

About halfway through some new notes that are hard to identify. Fun cigar just for all the new flavor that keep coming through.

SINISTRO MR. WHITE — CIGAR PROFILE

Sinistro Mr. White is a premium boutique cigar from Sinistro Cigars, part of their “Mr.” series (which includes Mr. Red, Mr. Black, and others). It is known for its complexity, balance, and use of rare tobaccos rather than raw strength alone.

BLEND DETAILS
Wrapper: 10-year-aged Dominican HVA
Binder: Ecuadorian and Cameroon
Filler: Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and USA tobaccos, including three distinct ligeros and rare Andullo tobacco
Strength: Medium to full

FLAVOR PROFILE
Mr. White is typically described as rich and layered, offering notes of cedar, roasted nuts, earth, subtle spice, and a creamy undertone. Despite its complexity, it stays smooth and refined rather than aggressive, with a long, balanced finish.

SIZES
Common vitolas include Robusto (5x50), Toro (6x50), Belicoso, Presidente, and limited or special editions such as the Scala LE.

WHY IT’S INTERESTING
Mr. White uses an unusually complex blend of up to eight different tobaccos, which is rare even among boutique cigars. Its inclusion of Andullo tobacco—a traditionally fermented Dominican leaf seldom used in modern blends—adds depth and uniqueness. The cigar is designed to showcase craftsmanship and blending creativity rather than sheer power, making it a standout in the Sinistro lineup.
